Hmmmmm... INVISIBILITY!

Nah, either the skills of a master level martial artist (in at least 20 different styles), or the ability to understand and speak 20 different languages in all the country's dialects/accents.

To have the guitar talent of Steve Vai and the bass talent of Victor Wooten.

I'd be fighting the adoring fans off with a stick.

The ability to realistically have superpowers. What? You know eventually we'll have such sufficiantly advanced tech that we'll be able to replicate a lot of super powers.

Or if I can't have that, then maybe super marksmanship abilities, so I could be a badass sniper/assassin. Or maybe omni-linguisim. Or eidetic memory. Or hightened senses. Or superior intellect. Maybe some superior reactions. Hmm, I wonder if I can get all of these as a package deal? I know!; human perfectionism!

Yeah, that'll do me, and once I have that, I can work on figuring out how to get the rest of the powers I want...

Perfect parkour abilities! Or close to perfect abilities. It would make losing weight and getting to places funner and faster.

I'd make myself an omniglot. Being fluent in every language would be amazing IMO.

Being smart enough to pretty accurately predict most of the consecuences of what I do without any effort, but only when I choose to.
Or maybe not exactly read people's mind but generally be able to guess their intentions and reasons correctly, that would come in handy.

A photographic memory.

That would have made university a hell of a lot easier.
Nooo! If I'm not the only one cheating by memorising the textbooks, then people may realise what's happening. Curse you Daystar for stealing my dream gift! May you forget where you put your keys.

If that's not an option, I'll go with a martial art. I'd like Aikido but pretty much any would work.
A couple of years ago I'd have picked a martial art to, but after I started kickboxing learning is just so much fun and no matter what I'd pick it would take at least some of the fun out of what I'm doing right now.

At the moment I'd probably pick craaaaaaaaaaaazy math skills , since math makes me feel faint (I'm not exaggerating there) right now and it's seriously interfering with my studying. I'd have picked writing a couple of months ago, but I started righting stupid stories for kicks and learning how to write is a lot of fun too.

Hmmm... I'd say the ability to be so good a persuading people and arguing for a viewpoint that I can persuade people no matter how much they disagree with me or my views. Then i'd simply run a presidential campaign and somehow convince people to become ruler of the world. Fix poverty, be open, no corruption, Problem solved.

I'm pretty sure that it is possible to get anybody to go with your way realistically with enough linguistic skill and figure bending :)

Either a perfect memory or to become ambidextrous.
Probably the first as it would mean less time spent revising and re-doing stuff so I could spend more time becoming ambidextrous.

Become insanely good at computer programming.

I'm confident enough in my creative abilities, but employers like to see practical displays, demos, etc, or so I hear.

Actually, yeah, fuck it. I'm learning to program anyway. Omniglot-ery would be freaking boss.

Given my love of languages, and my goal to be fluent in at least six before I die (English, Korean, Russian, Arabic, Italian, and Mandarin). I'd say to have a superb overall 'Language-learning Aptitude' [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Language-learning_aptitude].

Being a good public speaker, one who knows how to use what he knows and when it is necessary to bring more evidence. Mainly this is a confidence issue but tone of voice and simply speaking clearly would be good. If I had that I could do what I want to.

Programming really isn't that hard, don't waste your skill-up on that. Once you understand the rules of formal logic [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First-order_logic], everything else is just syntax.

Also, programming tip for you: learn C (not C++ or C#, actual 1960s C). Then go learn Java or C# and never, ever, ever use C again.

You will thank me for it. Before you ask why, learning how to code with C, and dealing with all the bullshit it makes you do (malloc! pointers! heap shenanigans! seg faults!) will make you a better programmer, and you'll appreciate the higher level languages even more because they handle all that shit for you.
