I'm...I might be too socially inept to be an elementary school teacher. It's the difference between Basic Interpersonal Communicative Skills and Cognitive Academic Language Proficiency. I tend to intermix the two whenever I'm writing an academic paper.

For example, I could be talking about how my lesson plan allows for differentiation between GATE students, ELs, and students with IEPs, and end with, "...in this way, every student is able to understand and practice the concept of symmetry, and find it awesome."

I can't help you with that, but I can give you some words of wisdom:

Endurance
"The inward strength to withstand stress
and to do my best"​

Here are three simple things to remember to help you
demonstrate Endurance in every day life.

I Will:
- Not be a "Quitter".
- Accept both instruction and correction.
- Not waste my time, energy, and talent on
- meaningless pursuits.
- Bend instead of break.
- Put my whole heart into everything I do.
