Everyone you think is your friend isn't, EVERYONE. Cut them out of your life and focus entirely on your schoolwork, job, and health. People suck, especially in the part of the world you live in, do NOT waste your precious time on them. Give escaping that hole your undivided attention, trust me brother, this is your one and only chance to make things right.
I know that it sucks right now and just don't want to care, but you have to raise your chin and press the fuck on, things won't get better unless you do.
Please, please don't make the same mistakes I did.

Minor in something creative and major in computer science/math. Yes, it's going to be harder on you mentally, but at the least you won't be burnt out on doing something you enjoy by the flakes and idiots in the department you think you're going to major in.
She hates herself. If you show her you care about her, she'll hate you, too. It sucks, but that's where she is in her life. You can keep her at arm's length or you can push her away; don't draw her close or you'll regret it.
