Something simple, like a logo of a band I like. None of this tribal or skull shit other people are posting. Anyone who would get one of those tattoos would be ashamed in 5 years, those kind of tattoos just spell douche. (Not that I think you're a douche for choosing them.)

Now I think about it, tattoos are really a minefield for making yourself look uncool.

I have no tattoos, and I liked them better when they were a sign that one had been in the military, grown up in a trailer park, or been in prison (or all three). They made useful social status markers back then.

That seems such a sad waist of a perfectly good medium.

A small custom ambigram on the inside of my lower left arm, and a 3-quarter sleeve on my right arm, which might expand a bit further onto my back and chest, but I'm not aiming for a full back piece. Been working on the sleeve design since 2003, and it'll probably take another good year to finish it. The ambigram however is done and planned to become reality this winter.
