Emotional problems solved with logic? My god, your a genius!Freezy_Breezy said:Haha, I find booze makes it worse, actually. With enough grog I end up texting her stuff about how awesome she isAnime-Addicted said:You really sound like you know what your talking about. Want to give me some advise on how to block out all feelings? ( Other then booze and such... Only worth temp.)
Anyway. What I did was basically think through it all, and came to the conclusion that liking her when she doesn't like me only causes her and me a disservice. I mean, I did like her, sure. But me liking her was not good for her, and due to me liking her, I want to do whats best for her, which is not to like her, and be a good friend. (That sentence was confusing to write). I don't know, I'm a weird one, I can actually solve my own emotional problems with logic.
Basically, be a good friend, but if you're honest with yourself, you know romantic feelings will do neither of you any good. And if you have respect for her and respect for yourself, you don't want that. I'm not to do with supression, more acceptance. Once you've accepted it, you can be an even better friend that before because you're not held back by this shit.
