Seconded. I'm a big brony, and I hate the particularly obnoxious, constantly meme-referencing fans, but the people who complain about it constantly are a thousand times worse.

I don't think the fact that people liking a Cartoon is bothering people, but that it constantly gets shoved in our faces wherever we go nowadays. I got used to it here, but I'm seeing it show up EVERYWHERE ELSE and I admit that gets a tad annoying.

I barely complain about it, but that doesn't change the fact that it's starting to get on my nerves. We get it, you're all big fans of the show, but I'd like to see something other than Ponies wherever I go on the internet...

It's not that hard to ignore. If 100x100 avatars bother you that much.....

Again. It's just seeing it everywhere that bothers me. Eventually it "infects" some of my friends and they start posting Pony pictures everywhere. It gets very annoying.

And I have been ignoring it for a long while now, for as long as I was here since that craze seems very prevalent here... And I have no problem with it from seeing it a lot, but sometimes things get hard to ignore when it's all you see in some places.

People who complain because a sequel to their favourite game is nothing like their favourite game. Deus Ex 3, the upcoming Xcom reboot, Age of Empires Online, stuff like that. Expecting those kinds of games to work in today's market is stupid. Count your blessings the franchise survives and that people care about it enough to actually make another game out of it. No-one's going to make a game just for you nerds anymore.

Skyrim Hype:
Yes. I want the game, I'm looking forward to playing it. No. I don't think that it deserves all of this hype. We understand! People like it and are excited! They want pictures, demos, and whatnot. But I don't want to see or hear about how Skyrim will be 'fucking awesome!!!' as often as I do.

CoD3 vs. BF3:
The two are both Realistic War-based FPS games. This doesn't mean that they're like Burger King to McDonald, or some other competitive chain. I know you most likely have a preference. I know you might even get both. I don't want to hear about how one is somehow 'superior' to the other. It's annoying, and you aren't clever for pointing it out.

Intolerance:
There are people who believe different things than you do about the afterlife. There are people who do not find members of the opposite sex appealing, whether sexually or romantically. There are those that would rather you leave their lifestyle as it is, and go about your own business. This is basic life here. There isn't a reason to go about and make a big fuss about it.

Ignorant People:
I can forgive stupidity. That...more or less, isn't your fault. But intelligent people who pretend to know what they're talking about or those that choose to ignore what's going on just bug me.

And how valve can get away with not doing anything just because they're valve. Seriously, imagine half life 3 was an assignment due...2 weeks, say. And you were valve, delaying and DELAYING, you'd get no marks. Eventually the proffesor or teacher would take away your chance of getting a result, or your chance of handing the assignment in at all, no matter how good the final product is.

I hope they don't decide to make a half-life 4, we'd see it in the next century.

As for Valve, that's a pretty weak argument. The real world is not school. Valve is it's own company and plays by its own release schedule. Just because you are too impatient to play a game doesn't mean that they are REQUIRED to speed up their development.

Anyway, back OT:

My personal "gawd, I'm friggin sick of" is probably just how friggin sexist the internet is in general. I mean, I crack sandwich jokes here and there, but so many people actually just believe that all women are either sluts, bitches, or totally pants on head retarded...or a combination of the three. It pisses me off and disturbs me because people tend to be more honest about their opinions online so that means there are a lot more friggin asshats in the world than I thought.
