Although the final awkward yell makes me once again wish they'd chosen pretty much anyone over Ryan Reynolds.

I think this draws my excitement for anything Marvel.
Supposed to be "This draws my attention more than anything from Marvel"

This won't trump Thor at the box office but y'know... it might (might I said!) just beat Captain America.
But that's purely speculation based on trailers/footage so far.
The first GL trailer was the weakest offering of the 3 big superhero flicks this summer.
But this one has bumped it up to 2nd place in my anticipatiometer.
I'm a hardcore DC fan, but honesty is the best policy.
Thor will be movie of the summer, no contest.
Followed by this, followed by Cap (which tbh looks a little... boring? (Need more exzciting trailer fo sho yo)

I have NO idea what this major evil yellowish force is. I don't think it is Parallax... could it be Nekron? I don't think they'd thrust us right into a tie-in to Blackest Night just in the first film, but I'm at a loss to explain what "evil" that is threatening the lanterns. It certainly couldn't be legion or one of the other universal threat entities..
Oh well, it's easily the best DC comics related hero film since the Dark Knight.

On another note, I'm glad I saw the trailers before reading the synopsis, because that summary actually manages to make the whole concept sound stupid... and I'm a huge Green Lantern fan.

Definitely a great improvement over the first trailer. Most of the CG looks pretty sharp now. Although the villain still looks pretty lame, like some kind of super powered elephant man.
