My physics teacher in high school played WoW, it was one of the best classes I've ever taken due to the subject matter and the teacher. My college philosophy teacher was pretty badass too, I got an A in all his classes due to the fact that I constantly argued with him.

On topic: Well, most of my teachers were cool. One installed Unreal Tournament on the school computers and invited us to play one fucking huge LAN party. He later installed Crackdown, Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield, Starcraft and Age of Empire 2.

I have had a few okay teachers, but two awesome ones.

One was my 6th grade science teacher, the other was my 8th grade science teacher, if memory serves.
Might've been 7th.

Both put up with my ridiculous behavior, and the 6th grade teacher invited us to his class during lunch/other classes to play Dune II.

So basically he was awesome.

The other let me act like...well, me, during his class.
He was also pretty good natured about replying, so.

You both are to be lucky that you have teachers that are gamers. Oh well, at least my aforementioned music teacher plays WoW. Too bad I don't play anymore.

Is it weird that I hang out with my 7th grade French teacher on occasion? (She was VERY young when she taught me.)
How young was she?

My health teacher.
When we started the sex unit, everyone seemed kinda uncomfertable, so she made us say penis and vagina REALLY loud everyday. Was pretty funny when random students were walking by.
I have to give some credit to the kids in the class, they asked the wierdest shit.
One of the classmates asked what sperm tasted liked!

My Calc teahcer routinely took on extra classes because she was one like 2 competent teachers. Plus she speaks 3 langauges, and plays in multiple symphonies.

I had an air cooled engines teacher who made us do absolutely nothing. Its no surprise that I passed the class with an A. He was awesome.

My science teacher, Mr. Dove, excessively quickly became a memetic badass among the students, partially for his very stern and threatening manner, and partially for his lack of reluctance to whack the many idiots of my school. Everyone feared the "Dove Slap", yet really liked him.

First one was an awesome English teacher, brilliant guy only there for a year and a half yet he really helped me develop my potential and realised I was actually incredibly bright, he constantly threw questions at me in class's and piled extra work on me which I actually did. Couldn't have passed my A level without him.

Second was a brilliant Religious teacher who would let us discuss strange/semi serious issues in lessons (like trying to figure out if Jesus was in fact a superhero) instead of work, always had brilliant fun in lessons and learnt more then I ever would have just reading books and doing the work. Also used to let us bunk in his class when we skivved off from P.E lessons. R.I.P

She was 23 at the time, which makes her about 10 years older than myself.

My 7th grade English/History and 8th grade Bible teacher (same man, mind you) was an excellent teacher. My friends and I had quite a few discussions on things ranging from the World Wars, military technology, and gaming. Great man.

I have this hot as hell maths teacher who looks about 19-21. I have no idea how old she really is.

I also have a physics teacher who plays ps3, holds poker competitions, everybody likes him and is a great teacher.

My 8th grade science teacher(Mr. Herr) was awesome. I can't explain why, but everyone agreed that he's the best and coolest teacher in the grade, if not the whole school.

Edit: Here's the explanation: We discussed all kinds of stuff in class and got completely off-topic with him, but still learned everything we needed(and a lot more because of the discussions we had). He was also really relaxed about everything.

Not that weird if she was fun to be with. Teachers are people too (I know, I'm shocked too).

That is frowned upon here, my good man. You're just spamming the thread, and you aren't even first.
Don't be polite to him, he's a troll. Take a look at his other post on his profile.

And my cool teachers would have to be my current English teacher who's incredibly clever and quite posh, yet swears at us and with us, and one of the PE teachers at my school who rugby tackled a kid who was trying to start a fight.

Noticed later one about his first post. I served him a warning, no, a threat, on how we punish his kind. He is really rude.

(Also, I found this video of my computer teacher)

Crazy, do me a favour, next time you meet your computer teacher, send him a message from me that he's AWESOME!

Honestly I can't think of one teacher that's come even close to that.

Imagine. That was back in 93. Imagine how much skills he probably has now.

The seventh grade science teacher, Mr. Leugers, was pretty kickass. He did really cool experiments, we even had a "pyro day." I also had him for homeroom so when he had stuff left over from experiments he'd tinker around with them and let us have shots with it and such. He also openly made fun of the class, it was awesome. And when we had tests, even an exam, he'd put hints and information on the TVs. Everyone freaked out when we found out he was retiring after that year :/
