OT- I might be a little crazy, I am not sure. I often have terrible thoughts along the lines of "what if I am completely crazy, or retarded, and everything, my life, my friends, is actually just a figment of my imagination or are just being nice to me because they feel sorry for me?"

In this context, one could relate to that quote by saying: 'There is nothing as sane as claiming that you're insane'.
You see, that has become, in a way, part of the norm of the mass. Insanity has been normalized.

Or it always has been normal. You see, we all know more or less what type of behavior we would deem 'insane', and end up calling each other insane if their doings relate to our 'norm of insanity'.

Recently I have been writing my thoughts in a box on my notebook in school while everyone goes about talking to each other except me. If I didn't do this I would go mad.

And you wonder why people don't talk to the guy constantly writing things on a note pad?

Everybody thinks they are a little insane I think.

I only started doing this, this whole talking to everyone else has been going on for my entire time in high school.

Oh Joy!!! If you ever become quadraplegic I am going to superglue the sleeves of your shirt to the ground so you cannot roll off any cliff... FYI, I would superglue you about one foot from the edge of a cliff.
