All I can really say is wow, it looks amazing. Everything has improved although im not to keep on Coles voice actor but it fits the character model nicely.

Everything has improved!

Yummy, that looks damn delicious.

Absolutely everything has improved in that, and keep in mind that the game is only 10% complete! I loved the new building climbing, that new "wall run" thing with the power cable was damn awesome.

The voice actor however......eh, no. The new voice actor sounded way too young and smooth, as opposed to Cole's gravely voice. I don't mind the new model so much, more pleasing to the eye (I could never understand how Cole could run around in that skin tight jumpsuit), but the voice actor needs to at least gruff it up a bit.

Also, the Hadoken/Shuryuken at the end was a nice touch :p

Yes, yes, YES, that looks frickin' sweet. I agree with Jumplion on the voice, but I think i'll get used to it. Can't wait.

It looks definitely better than the first one. Although I still would rather purchase Prototype as it looks five times more kick-ass.
But I'll have to watch this one.

OH MAA GAWD! sorry. But never has a game actually look perfect. It won't be because every game has faults but this just looks awesome and, like what has been said before, has improved in every way. Except the VA makes Cole seem younger, he might grow on me but Cole is supposed to have gotten older not found the fountain of fucking douchbag youth, and by douchebag I don't mean Cole's actual personality, just the tribal tatoos *annoyed sigh*.

It looks good certainly but I really wouldn't say it looks a whole lot better than the first game, mechanically at least.

It's an on-rails chase, pun intended, which relies on semi-pinpoint jumping and little actual planning from the player followed by a little bit of running and one super move. Besides a bit of destruction and one-hit melee kills is there anything in this that actually looks like it's been radically changed or even altered at all?

I liked the first Infamous, bar it's button-press heavy take on parkour, and really don't see this game as looking especially different. It may be a better game overall but this early footage doesn't show off all that many changes or even improvements.

I'd beg to differ, remember this is is just a demo of gameplay footage, they always make the player invincible, more powerful and show off as much things they can (which may invalidate my, and your, point but still).

The parkour is much more fluid, the electro-wall-run was kick ass, and there was always "semi-planning" a jump. In the original InFamous, there were always convenient powerlines (so long as you found them) so you could chase whatever it is you needed to chase. The animations are a helluvah lot better, and that's pleasing for an animation-junkie like me. The visuals are much better than the original to, and the new powers were also pretty awesome.

The only real thing I have to complain about is the voice, which is unfortunately permanent. The character model I don't mind so much, but it's mainly the voice all of a sudden becoming pretty boy-ish that threw me off.

Overall, I'm probably just a poor ole' fanboy succumbing to hype, but regardless I'm pretty excited for the new InFamous. It's definitely a series that can expand on itself and improve indefinitely.

The new Cole is a fucking tool, but the gameplay looks much improved. Melee combat appears meatier and less, well, stupid. The parkour appears more rapid and fluid. Looking forward to this one.

Awesome. Everything in that vid looked awesome. Except for "Cole's" character model and VA, both of which are terrible.

Here's to hoping they change him back.
please God change him back

Mutated enemies? Hell yes.
Ziplining on any pipe? Oh-ho.... YEAH!
Cole's new model? Eh... Okay. I guess I don't hate it. As long as it doesn't squeak. (Did that annoy anyone else?)
Cole's new voice? No. It's WAY too different than the first one.

Between the new looks and voice, it's like Zeke just got a new buddy with powers in a different city.

Looking forward for this, Loving the new climbing and grinding, the melee combat this time looks fucking sweet, and that tornado power is fucking insane. The only thing I dislike is the voice, but as long as everything else is great, im fine with it. I am wondering if the evil and good karma system is still there though.

It's like they made a completely different character and gave him the same name and somewhat similar powers. And a wand.

I'm all for changing how he looks a bit, but that's a little bit extremely way too excessive.

Also he still seems to be completely stranded if he's on the ground and there's no power lines hanging low nearby. Nice they sped stuff up on the gutter and pipes and whatnot though. Seems like with lightning-ish energy powers he'd be able to move a little faster on the ground. From not that trailer but the other one, it looks like he might be getting some sort of ice-related powers though? maybe he'll get one of those slip&slide trails like someone always did. Can't remember who that was who would shoot it out in front of them while they were sliding.

Sweet, looks like an improvement. A bit fast paced, too, but that voice isn't quite right...

I'm in love. Looks soooo good.

I'm still getting used to the new voice and character design, but it's more of because it's so alien than because I dislike it.

I so wish it was a multiplatformer, I'd buy it in a heartbeat if it was on the 360...

I hate the fact that they changed Cole so much. He doesn't look anywhere near the same. Not that I liked Cole a lot from the first game but this is too different. I will say that I love the sliding on the bars on the walls and I will also say that someone at Sucker Punch really liked Prototype judging by the monster designs at the beginning. Either way, though, this looks really cool and I'm definitely going to pick it up. I've beaten inFamous twice and gotten 90% of the trophies so I'm ready for something more.

Also, I know I can't be the only one who thinks an inFamous/Prototype crossover game would be awesome...
