Well, whatever. The running around looks way better, plus it looks like you can actually jump from one cable to another now. Or you can at least do it more than once every ten tries.

They said that this is the voice they wanted to begin with, that the original voice actor was getting too gruff and that was deviating from what they wanted. I don't know why, the original voice was far superior to this one, this one sounds too whiny. The first Cole sounded like something out of a Clint Eastwood flick, the perfect voice for the scenario.

Other than that though, the gameplay looks solid. And I'll probably pick it up regardless.

Also, I know I can't be the only one who thinks an inFamous/Prototype crossover game would be awesome...

And I'll confirm that. As I too would think it would be awesome.

I hate the fact that they changed Cole so much. He doesn't look anywhere near the same. Not that I liked Cole a lot from the first game but this is too different. I will say that I love the sliding on the bars on the walls and I will also say that someone at Sucker Punch really liked Prototype judging by the monster designs at the beginning. Either way, though, this looks really cool and I'm definitely going to pick it up. I've beaten inFamous twice and gotten 90% of the trophies so I'm ready for something more.

Also, I know I can't be the only one who thinks an inFamous/Prototype crossover game would be awesome...

I'm tempted to send Sucker Punch a "concerned" e-mail or something. I personally don't mind the character model, I can get used to it, but the voice is a drastic change from the original. At least make the voice actor gruff it up just a tad, maybe Cole stopped smoking his Marlboros?

Pretty damn sweet. I like the new look but not too sure about the voice actor.

As some others have said, I don't mind the new model, but hate the voice. That's just too different. That said, the gameplay looks freaking sweet. I will still be picking this game up, but I am really hoping they do something about that voice. Even if they explained it away as if his powers had something to do with the voice-change, I still wouldn't like it.

But damn that gameplay looks nice...

It's almost like we're watching a movie where for the sequel they couldn't get the same actor as the original so they gave up and cast someone that didn't even look the same. The thing is, at very least they could have made him look the same. His hair isn't even the same color. The voice actor isn't even trying to do the same voice. It's so different that it will probably become a distraction.
