If even 25% of what was in the Kotaku article is true, this is going to be the worst Call of Duty game yet, but it will still be more popular than sex and breathing combined.
yeah I know it's not the entire team, just the leaders and those who felt fit to leave. still I can't say I'll be rooting for MW3 without Infinity Ward as it was, but I'm also not exactly rooting for Activision in any way. regardless, I don't get too worked up over Call of Duty.DigitalAtlas said:Infinity Ward didn't become Respawn, just the members who were let go of. Infinity Ward itself is still a team and Activision still owns it as well as the rights to MW3. Respawn could in no way make an MW game. Ever.duchaked said:wait, Infini-what?
ohh you mean Respawn?
and wait Modern Warfare 3 isn't gonna be published under EA?
nooo wayyy
Mods don't really like posts that are just pictures, as they don't contribute much towards the article or the discussion thereof. But I feel you--I was sad too.THEfog101 said:Why in the hell was Hankman banned for that post?
really? you really think there gonna address anything other then produce the same game in different locations again? i hope im proven wrong, but... i just miss the good ol days of cod and cod united offensive, speaking of which, think i mite go play it nowbuy teh haloz said:I'm not holding my breath till I see gameplay. Color me super-stoked if Spec-Ops returns.
Just suspended, and because posting only images is frowned upon because it's low content.THEfog101 said:Why in the hell was Hankman banned for that post?

Unless *sniggers* they are actually trying to change the COD franchise and push it up a notch...sunburst313 said:What's there to spoil? You'll shoot lots of dudes, experience a setpiece and get killed in a cutscene. Cue a new locale and take it from the top.
Suspended not banned so that makes it a bit better I suppose but I agree it was completely unnecessary.THEfog101 said:Why in the hell was Hankman banned for that post?
Oh, come now. As unbalanced as MW2 was, at least it was fun. Again, we haven't really seen gameplay from MW3, so who knows what they might pull off? If your assumptions are right, then we'll happily join you on the "Fuck CoD" Bandwagon.silverbullet1989 said:really? you really think there gonna address anything other then produce the same game in different locations again? i hope im proven wrong, but... i just miss the good ol days of cod and cod united offensive, speaking of which, think i mite go play it nowbuy teh haloz said:I'm not holding my breath till I see gameplay. yeah it was fun, for about 2 weeks, until all the horrible glitches came out, javalin glitches, unlimited care package etc... funbuy teh haloz said:Oh, come now. Well, those got patched, if I'm not mistaken, but that still leaves the noob-tubing and boosters, both of those that Black Ops and MW2 helped to address to some extent. More so boosters.silverbullet1989 said:yeah it was fun, for about 2 weeks, until all the horrible glitches came out, javalin glitches, unlimited care package etc... funbuy teh haloz said:Oh, come now. Exactly the reason I buy them... XDLegendairy314 said:I'm really hoping the hype doesn't take hold of me this time. I swear that's 90% of the reason I've been getting these damn things.
