I've never watched Doctor Who? and have no interest in the show. Having said that it would be great if they just straight up made her into Rick from Rick and Morty.

Doctor Who has been terrible for awhile now but as always when a new Doctor is added I will give it a few episodes to see if I like it.

I don't watch Doctor Who, but it has been truly delightful getting to watch grown men get butthurt over a fictional shapeshifting alien being a woman.

Basically, Steven Moffat correctly notes that there in fact is no major "backlash" against casting a woman as Doctor Who and advises the clickbait media to "shut the hell up" already about that canard, instead of trying to conjure one up to bravely combat. Clickbait media then portrays that as "harsh words" against the fictional backlash.

Oh, and Chris Hardwick once again makes a bid for his name to become a recognized expression in Cockney rhyming slang, to the same disingenuous tune.

I'm gonna make a sexist argument for why this is a good thing and why no one should *****: It's everything you love about the Doctor only now you can fuck the Doctor and have it not be gay.

Looking at it from the 'fappable' angle. That's ok, I can dig it.

Meh, why not? I think he'd make a good Bond too. He's got the looks and charisma.
