Amsterdoom, an obscure game by Dutch developers, set completely in Amsterdam. To be honest, the game is pretty bad, but it has just enough nostalgia factor for me to like it again.

Baldur's Gate. I am pretty much always playing the Baldur's Gate series cause they are awesome.

Also, Lufia 3 for Gameboy Color since they recently released a version for one of the other ones for the DS and it reminded me of 3. 3 was always my favorite since it was so amusing!
Dang beaten to it, I'm playing through Lufia 3 as well, the music in that game really stirs something in me.
I've heard the new DS ones more action adventure but I could be wrong.
Where are you at right now?
I'm not far at all. I can't play it in long stretches because I'm playing it on an old GBA with no back light so I can only play it for a short stretch before getting a headache. Awesome game, though, so totally worth it.

I don't know if you can really call it "replaying" for this game, but I'm constantly picking Heroes of Might and Magic III back up.

Right now, Rome: Total War.

Over the last month(s), Bioshock (1), Super Mario, and Mario 3

Also TF2 on and off here and there (it was released a fair few years ago :p) and the odd bit of Starcraft. Also been playing some Left 4 Dead here and there since my housemate just got it (why he didnt get 2 with it in the sale I'll never know and yes, L4D isn't that old but since there's been a sequel it feels old (but good none the less :D))

Red Faction 1 and 2, and Deus Ex :D. Fun fun times...

Oh right and occasionally i play some Total Annihilation, It's like Sup Com but far better :p
wasn't keen on RF2 (played all 3 for the first time over the summer) much preferred 1. Although I did like the fact that Jason Statham voice acted in 2 :). You've lost me on the other games though so imma throw in the fact that I played Big Rigs : Over the Road Racing the other day ...... yeah xD (it's not a game to take seriously, I was just showing it to someone :p. It defies most laws of physics in the stupidest possible ways then throws in grammar mistakes for the lolz)

Currently playing Rock and roll racing on one handheld
Fire emblem: Sacred stones on a second handheld
Sparingly working through Panzer Dragoon Zwei

All the while trying to work on my homework, my sisters, and work my way through new vegas and a second playthrough on demons souls.

Yes I think i might be addicted.

Vampire the Maquerade: Bloodlines.

Going through a run right now with my Malkavian, I can't really play with any other character because of how hilarious the dialogue is...

Stop sign: ...

Malk: No, You stop.

Malk: YOU STOP!

Stop sign: ...

Malk: AHHH STOP!

Stop sign: ...

Malk: You've made a powerful enemy this day, sign.
Have you argued with the t.v. anchorman yet?

I have an SNES emulator on my PC, but planning on actually buying a used console as soon as I can find one for a decent price. Now that I think about it, one of my old friends had one last time I checked... maybe he's willing to sell.

Anyway.

I've been playing the sh*t out of both Super Castlevania IV and Wild Guns. Awesome games, awesome music, but I'd say that Wild Guns wins out because I can't get past that damn rotating room in SCIV.

Other than that, I'm planning on booting up my copies of Diablo 2 and/or Fallout 1&2 soonish, if I can tear myself away from New Vegas long enough.

I am replaying a game of my childhood the game that got me into rpgs Jade Cacoon 2. Sure it may be just be more or less a pokemon clone however its the characters, monsters and story that made me kept me playing the game. The monster desgin is epic and so is the level up system.

I'm also playing pokemon colosseum and XD why because its the best Pokemon game usings the the basic form of capture pokemon (ie i'm also a fan of the Ranger games)

In anticipation of the new Golden Sun game coming out for the DS, I've started replaying the second GBA game, as well as starting to replay Fire Emblem: the Sacred Stones just for the heck of it.

What I want to know is, has anyone else given in to the hankering to dust off an old copy of anything, and if so, what?
Holy crap, I cannot wait for GS:DD and I have replayed the previous two games a number of times and I still find them awesome. Seriously, this is the second time within the last 20 minutes I've thought about Golden Sun to help answer a topic and find others have already mentioned it.

I often play old games repeatedly, mostly because I only really get new games every birthday and Christmas. Some I quite enjoy are the Professor Layton series (I know they're not old ut they're just so good), Legend of Zelda games, old Pokemon games, Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy, Yoshi's Island, Advance Wars and I could go on listing just about every game I've ever owned because I've only ever gotten rid of a few. I still have a game which had Asteroid and Missile Command which I really want to replay but doesn't work in my GBC or GBA:SP. I was one of the seven people around the world who was actually surprised and outraged that I couldn't play pre-GBA games on my DS.

See this list here:
http://www.ign.com/top-100-nes-games/index.html

I've spent the last 5 months downloading and playing EVERY GAME on this list, just for the hell of it. Also because I got bored of my PS3 games. With a few google searches, you can figure out how to use your PS3 or Xbox 360 controller on your computer, like I did.
The fun never ends, seriously :)

I would replay Xenogears if they'd get their asses in gear and release it on American PSN. Already replayed and exhaustively over-levelled characters in ff7 and 8.
