Thats right, is being bad or evil more rewarding or fun? i'm tempted to agree despite my empathy warning bells going off. pour example; some one drops a lobster ($20 note (aus) ) do you keep it or return it, obviously there are better examples so help your self

I couldn't do it. Catholic guilt would rear its ugly head and I'd be miserable.

Is the Lobster alive? If so, I would either keep it as a pet and teach it to WHOOP or free it into the sea.

I really didn't get the point of this, did I?

Well, probably.
It's not like being good is any fun.
I mean, I hear most people get a warm fuzzy feeling from doing good, but I can't say I've ever felt it.
The only reason I do good is because my mother programmed it into me.

In real life i'm a decent honest person.

In video games, fuck it, where are the babies to eat, virgins to despoil and enemies to cook in boiling milk.

Of course, being bad means never having to say you're sorry.
It means sleeping in when you have something important to do.
It's laughing at a joke that was in poor taste, because it was frakking funny.
It means telling the world "F--k you" every time you wake up in the morning.

Good isn't better, because I'm sure bad is more fun, but I prefer being good. Just all the morals I grew up with and whatnot.

being evil is way more fun i mean look at star wars for a simple example be celebite and do meaningless meanial tasks such as settling arguements and push people with the force or murder anyone who looks at you funny and hurl fucking chain lightning around.

being evil is always more fun but remorse and guilt will catch up with you when youve finished your blood crazed killfrenzy

Normally it is more fun but with good you earn the trust and respect of the public! That's worth something isn't it!?

Isn't it?

It's best to have both sides and unleash each when necessary. Being bad is definitely more fun, but only in moderation so that you don't end up in jail or lose your spouse.

True Neutral both IRL and in-game. For real life, it comes from the belief that no one side should have too much power over the other, for they will become corrupt. In-game, it comes from the belief that I should be able to Force Storm a ***** without having to spend all my money on medkits.

I usually play games that give you a choice twice, once being a good guy, and once being a complete evil jerk.

Well if someone drops a lobster then they probably didn't even want, so I wouldn't say taking it was nor really evil. On that note, what is evil? Or what is being bad?

Morals are after all subjective, you could say that killing a child because he won't be able to survive in life is a kind act. Or that raping a girl was justifiable if she's the last women alive and you need to restart the human race. Of course I'd say all those things are wrong, but it's interesting to ask why.

If we are talking about real life - yes it is, but also it isn't. This is because you don't have to worry about money troubles, what people think of you and general shit like that. Although this is only if you are a criminal mastermind, and it is a short life expectancy. But being good has its flaws as well, for example, you could become a pushover or too nice - and no-one likes that, also being good means you don't back-stab and make connections for your career etc etc...

If we are talking about games then its kinda 50-50 again. Because being bad in a video game allows you to piss about, killing and slaughtering the population of worthless beings that are below you. Which is drastically fun. But of course, in some games - like Mass Effect, if you are bad, you miss certain points in the story, or the plot churns out differently because you kill them straight away by pressing the "fight" dialogue option. So what I do is play the game good to start of with, so I can get all the story, then mess around with a bad guy.

So, two ranty answers there for you. Glad to be of service.

I keep it if he put it in a stupid enough place to drop it he doesn't deserve it.
