Cybermen don't have genders, although they are called CyberMEN, so I guess that counts.

I'd say so. They have male voices too (usually) so I guess you can assume they're men. I certainly shall.

So, yes.

In season 2 of the new Doctor Who men and women were turned into Cybermen, but they're basically just a brain without hormones or sex organs, so I think it's a toss-up.
