Its not Louis, its just another survivor, from some where else. He runs away from you, and when you kill him, he drops a health pack.fix-the-spade said:If I have my new machine built by then... millions of zombie will die.
Fallen Survivor? That's kind of a spoiler. That one the survivors from L4D was in fact, not immune at all. Hope it's Louis.
Those mutations sound a lot like Bungie's Halo2/3 playlists, which is a very good thing.
Edit, really looking forward to doing Rambo (or Topper Harley) impressions with the M60.
Too quote a certain cartoon character/ adventurer... "HUBBAWHA!"Duck Apocalypse said:Spoilers, obviously:
I was really pissed when I found out Bill was going to die - I knew something was up after Crash Course's lack of dialogue, but I wasn't prepared for his death. On the bright side, at least it's not Louis.
EDIT: Heh, forgot my HTML there and just did a strikethrough...
Infinite gas with chainsaws? *Begins drooling* That is gonna be AWESOME! And I'm glad that it is gonna come out this month. I can't wait for Thursday now!John Funk said:For example, there will be "Realism Versus" - which applies the Realism rules to a standard match and will ensure that no Survivors ever make it more than halfway to the end - as well as "Chainsaw Massacre," a gametype that gives all of the Survivors chainsaws and infinite gas.
Microsoft allows free content, but only if it doesn't add achievements. Those are what make DLC cost something.GL2814E said:GiantRedButton said:Its Microsofts policy to not allow free content. They forced valve to put a price on it because microsoft pays for the servers.GL2814E said:Stupid PC Elitism. Anyway I'll just wait for the $30.00 Game of the Year edition on consoles that will include the DLC.
Its the console guys from microsoft you gotta flame^^
Yeah, I responded to that above. Frickin Microsoft, why allow free Mass Effect 2 DLC, but not Left 4 Dead 2. (Not that I don't love ME2 DLC, but c'mon, be consistent.)
I don't get why console people complain about DLC being free on the PC side, they get about 90% of the DLC, PC owners usually get the finger and a stock game for life. Or we have to wait for the GOTY or DLC collection (Liberty City Stories). Though LCS is the fault of Microsoft signing the deal, and PS3 had to wait. Seriously though, PC games have so little DLC as it is.elvor0 said:Ask Microsoft, they're the ones forcing Valve to charge for it, Valve would release it for free otherwise, that's why they haven't released any DLC for Team Fortress 2, as it would be unfair on people who wern't willing to pay for the new weapons, however they released this as it doesnt effect anyone who doesn't have it aside from they can't play on the map.GL2814E said:Stupid PC Elitism. It's not Valve that's forcing that, it's Micr$oft. Valve have said before they want it to be free on the Xbox.tellmeimaninja said:Ah, Valve. Gotta love their PC elitism.
I don't have money for Microsoft points. I'm gonna go rage now.
I see this as a test of players' skill and sense, really. Since he's almost guaranteed to be carrying a superb weapon, lesser-disciplined players will immediately rush after him, losing the safety of the group and becoming a prime target for Special Infected. And, there's also the flip side- a cohesive group who brings him down has to figure out who gets the big boom-boom maker.Superior Mind said:I wonder just 'cause he seems more like a hindrance to the infected than the survivors.
It's a non-immune survivor (NPC) that gets infected, like the Police/Clowns or CEDA agents.Aurora219 said:Wait, what?
I thought the survivors survived because they were immune - how can they become uncommon common?
