various N64 games. Goldeneye, starfox, Majora's mask, etc - and when I visited people with PCs, halflife and stuff like diablo. It took me a while to get a PC game capable of playing contemporary stuff, and Deus ex had yet to come out.
Hmmm probably strip poker with a girl named Cynda... Sounds like Sin-daa... But seriously I unfortunately wasn't that into gaming then so my first answer is probably most accurate.
Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale series, Planescape: Torment (yes I know I'm a D&D tard, thank you), TES II, Deus Ex, OoT, Timesplitters. Those are the ones coming to my head...
Quake 2 tournaments monthly, followed by Q3 Arena tournaments as well. Diablo STILL. Starcraft, Warcraft 2 TOD. I was heavily into LAN parties at the time, and there were a LOT of games that fit that era/description but those are the ones that stood out.
Yeah... my parents thought any exposure to television or video games was lethal or something.
...Well...they still think that. But now I can work to buy my own.
Pokémon, Resident Evil, Crash Bandicoot, GTA 1, Toca Racing Car Driver, Tomb Raider, Tekken, Jet Set Radio, Soul Calibur and a game for Gameboy Colour called El Dorado, which I think was also a Disney Movie. God I loved that game.
Thief 1 and Freespace 1, because their sequels didn't run all that smooth on my PC back then. Then again, I cant remember for sure if I got my new PC in 2000, or 2001. If I got my PC, I'd be playing Half-life and Counter-Strike.
