Sounds like its about poeople running the rat race, and everyone having the same fantasies of being a hero or breaking out of it. I'm most likely wrong, but it seems like quite a nothing song.

I actually just looked it up out of curiosity - it seems like the song is about a normal person/psychopath who has thoughts about killing his family/friends. This person is wondering 'what makes a psychopath' and literally asks the listener "if you had such a dream, would you get up and do the things you believe in?". Funnily enough, I find B&S songs to always have really detailed and specific lyrics behind them if you bother to work them out, it always surprises me.

What do you mean with a 'nothing song', anyway? I have an idea of what you mean by it, but am not entirely sure. I like the term though, if I were to give B&S's genre a name I'd call their music "nothing songs" because they are always seemingly simple happy songs about nothing.

Yeah, looking at it again that makes a lot of sense.

I mean pretty much what you've said by nothing song. Just a simple song, or likeable song with lyrics that the author didn't intend to have coherant meaning.
