'Cause firing a real AK is just like pressing a button on a controller, right?

I guess nobody told him that the whole ESRB rating system is VOLUNTARY!

Seriously I hope he gets hit by a bus...though he'd probably try to blame that on video games too.

This is why I'm comfy in my little Ausralian nook. We got rid of our anti-gaming demon; hurry up America. :p
The difference is yours actually managed to accomplish his goal and gained political power until he finally fell. Jack Thomphson has never had any power to restrict our video games, or any in general, and has never once got a game banned, contrary to what he claims.

He's either completely insane, or a completely insane genius.
A training tool, huh? Sure, of course I know how to load and use a weapon purely because I have played Medal of Honor in the past. And I know all about sneak attacks and how good an enemy's hearing, vision and line of sight are, because I have played video games.

I would say, completely insane. There is nothing genius about this man.

The bus driver clearly plays video games. The connection is obvious.

Every time I read something about this douche bag I dust off copies of my Saint's Row 2 and/or Postal 2. Seriously fun games with absolutely no redeeming social qualities do not a bad egg make.

What surprises me is that he is saying that Medal of Honor is a "training tool for enemies of American Soldiers" yet games like Modern Warfare 2 are never mentioned just because they are Taliban "OpFor" soldiers. MW2 is also set in present day in a country that looks surprisingly similar to a current war zone with actual weapons of the current day.

And how exactly will they train enemy soldiers with games?

"Okay (insert Taliban OpFor soldier name), what you do is jump around the corner and use the dual gold deagles that has heartbeat monitors and blast away the highly trained USMC Soldiers... then T bag them. They won't expect that, oh and make sure your ping is good. You don't want to lag out and get kicked"

Yeah, i can see why he was disbarred from representing people in a court of law.
