Jaffa Cakes!

The reason I don't buy packs of jaffa cakes is because once I've eaten one, the rest of the pack will ensue. They're that good and that "light" that "just 1 more" is always valid.

The huge Jaffa Cake tube, not the creepy old man.

I've had the creepy old man, but not Jaffa Cakes. I've found them intriguing in stores back in NYC but since moving to Baltimore, the most diverse thing I've seen is figs. As for the creepy old man, I call him Jim. I keep him in my basement and he is sustained on gruel. Come over and meet him sometime! He hardly ever bites!

I dunno, Jaffa cakes are delicious, or at least the McVities' ones are. The first time I tried some they were some awful no name brand and tasted like stale spongy crap.

When you think of cakes, what's the first thing that comes to mind?

However, since discovering this :

You see, Dark chocolate is quite obviously the worst of all chocolates. Its bitterness (probably what attracts all the brits to it) and lack of sweetness is what ruins it. Then, there's chocolate and oranges together, which is just a generally bad combination. :D

What percentage was it?

Anything more than 75% tends to be rather bitter.

Anything more than 90% is just terrible.

I like Jaffa Cakes, but I prefer the cheaper knock-offs we get from Lidl, because instead of that core of orange in the middle, the orange is over the ENTIRE CAKE. Words cannot describe the beauty of, what I like to call, the Ubercake.
