JK Rowling Teases a Major "Potter" Announcement

A novel that retcons the patheticness of the epilogue of the last book would be nice. Seriously it's for kids and i get that, but they had to make the ending that sappy >_<.

As for what it might be, from the sounds of it, something similar to Habbo Hotel but entirely Potter-centric maybe?

Star Wars has made an excellent career with novels post-ROTJ. The lore between the two is very similar. Good and evil with an unlikely Jesus.

Still, a prequel series wouldn't be hard to make interesting. I'd buy the hell out of that.

There are a lot of much better (in my opinion) books out there than HP.
Just ask if you want recommendations

EDIT: It's probably a MMORPG, cause everyone is joining the bandwagon, again...
Prequels sounds quite intriguing though.

For some reason I thought: Pottermore = Harry Potter + Nevermore, and assumed it was some sort of bizarre Harry Potter/Edgar Allen Poe crossover.

Personally, I think that as good as story may be, it's all the better with a good ending. For any anime fans, must I mention Bleach, Naruto, One Piece, and Fairy Tail? As good as a story may be, those animes I've been told have become nothing but a bunch of fillers and irrelevant plots.

I absolutely loved Harry Potter once I tried it. And I plan to watch Deathly Hallows part 2 with my brother and mother, who are also fans. But I bet they would agree that the ending was sufficient, and it does not need to continue. The extra books she has, such as the Fantastic beasts one, seem interesting, but it's not a continuation of the plot, and so I will not flame.

My suggestion? That J.K. Rowling make a new story. No same characters, no intertwining with the Harry Potter universe. Make it an entirely new universe with an entirely new plot. It could be about magic, but as I said to be it's own plot. Maybe in this universe witches and wizards live alongside Muggles or some new name for people who can't use magic, and it would be the strange adventures of a group of kids. I don't know. something new.

J.K Rowling is a wonderful author and an incredibly imaginative woman. I don't want to see her creation fall into ruins because she tried to continue it after a good ending.

Look up Harry Potter Fan Fic My immortal. I DARE YOU. Its not HP vs EC but its worse than Twilight by a long shot.
