Also, to directly contrast the people complaining about "That's what she said" jokes, they can be funny with the right timing and when used properly. I particularly like self-depreciating ones. For example:

Not only is this joke dumb and stupid, but there is this attitude that people have when they give this joke. They act like they are all smart or creative as if they came up with the joke, but in reality they just heard from someone else who also thought he/she was creative and funny.
