4 gigs isn't big enough for you? It is so sad you can't listen to more than 20 hours of music before having to plug it into your computer to change the selection.spindle said:yeah the touch has some cool features but until flash drives get to a reasonable size I won't be buying one.Librarian Mike said:Sounds like you're having a run of bad luck. I hope it works out for the best. I'd recommend getting the name of a supervisor at Customer Support and writing them a formal letter of complaint. I have no idea if it will make a difference, but that's your best bet of getting a positive result. Good luck.
P.S. I love my Ipod touch. My life would almost literally fall apart without it. But, that's me...
Do you somehow need more than 64GB? I've seen them that size in Office Max, so I'm sure there are bigger.spindle said:yeah the touch has some cool features but until flash drives get to a reasonable size I won't be buying one.
iPods are crap is the voice of someone who has never had one. They are actually rather brilliant. I love my iTouch.spindle said:Ipods are garbage, the only other option at futureshop is archos and those things cost as much as a small laptop and have crap like paying to unlock functions the device had out of the box.GRoXERs said:Wait, you think there isn't anything worth switching to... over the Zune?!
What kind of bad craziness do you have? Apple, Creative, and SanDisk all make great mp3 players that I've used and liked over the years.
That picture actually made me lol, and reminded me of the time my User Account Control asked me if I wanted to run the program "Blue Screen"xxhazyshadowsxx said:I'd say Microsoft's quality has been slipping the last few years.

You should have read the warranty. Don't start getting all high and mighty about it - its all part of business; it may be wrong but if its not covered by the warranty you agreed to when buying the console there's nothing they have to do for you...why should they, realistically?spindle said:Because they sold me a faulty product which they know to be faulty and I'm expected to pay for them ripping me off?
Because they risk losing my business and damaging their reputation by f*ing me over.D_987 said:You should have read the warranty. Wait, are we talking about the same company here? This is Microsoft; one of the biggest companies in the world - I doubt they will care about losing one customer - bearing in mind this happens to a decent amount of people. As much as I would like to say otherwise; you've got no right to be given a new 360, they aren't going to change their warranty - and therefore your legal rights, because you complained a little...spindle said:Because they risk losing my business and damaging their reputation by f*ing me over.
That's brilliant. I'm writing that down, seeing as my 360 seems to be circling the drain.HuddledMass said:Call again and tell them how disappointed you are with the system and to give you a reason why you shouldn't buy a PS3 instead of paying for a repair or a new system again ... worked for my out of warranty 360... they sent me a box for no cost shipping, fixed within a week.

So? Arguing will accomplish absolutely nothing. You know why?spindle said:Because they sold me a faulty product which they know to be faulty and I'm expected to pay for them ripping me off?Eldritch Warlord said:So, it's not under warranty. Ergo Microsoft doesn't owe you jack shit. You can either pay them to repair it or not, why argue about it?spindle said:So my console would be under warranty if it red ringed (which is a hardware issue) but it isn't since the disc drive is busted (also hardware issue).
