W-Was that... actual humor? In a DC movie? What is this? At least it's still so dark that you can barely see what's going on. I mean we wouldn't want them to get out of their comfort zone with totally serious characters like Aquaman and Flash in this.

Okay, I'll be honest, this wasn't awful. But they need to up their game if they want me to actually want to see the movie. I don't mean to see it like I saw BvS, where I just wanted to see how bad it was going to be. Actually want to see it and enjoy it.

And Cyborg still looks awful. Did they model his cybernetics using a PS2?

It looks pretty meh to me. More disposable minions. Bad design choices. I'm just waiting for them to unveil the blue-laser of death and all my checklists will be complete. I do like the Flash lightning effect and the direction the're taking Aquaman though.

This is just the first trailer, so my opinion might change once they bring in the "other 2" and show more than the copy-paste winged bad guys getting smashed.

Cyborg and the Batmobile scenes look like shit. They seem to be fighting in an abandoned city... again, and some CGI wasteland. I thought we were past that. The LotR style Atlantis/human/Amazon battle looked cool though.

The characters look better admittedly, even Flash whose casting I hate.

I still think Zach Snyder was a poor choice, his need to have the "coolest" shots and scenes always ruin the flow and theme of the movie, but at least soon we can put him behind us and start getting into the solo films.

In the end, I'll watch it. If it's good, great. Really, great. I'm a DC fan and I want to start getting some quality movies out of this universe. If it's bad, then at least the investment pays for itself by giving me something to do in forums.

It looks just like Batman V Superman.

Now that's not really a problem for me as I never had any problem with the visual style or tone of these films but it hardly looks like the brighter, cheerier film they've been emphatically trying to convince people it will be.

It dosen't look like it will change anyone's mind is what I'm getting at.

Personally as a DC fan what I like most about this trailer is that it really doesn't look like anything I've read in the comics giving the impression that it may offer something new and/or unexpected to see. If it has taken inspiration from any specific comic storyline it isn't as blatantly obvious to see as The Dark Knight Returns was in BvS.

Don't expect any improvement if Zack leaves or a Reboot is done, Suicide Squad and Amazing Spiderman 2 showcased that.

I love love love that they made Aquaman into this Underwater Hillbilly. I really hope we find out that the Atlantis he's king of is an underwater trailer park.

Haha, no. ASM2 might have sucked, BUT Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone are good actors and have great chemistry together. The scene where they showed off the Spider-Sense was honestly the best live action portrayal of it.

Man of Murder and BvS had literally no redeeming qualities. I know, you're a DC fanboy. So am I. But these DC movies honestly suck donkey dick.

I hate that actor and I hate Emma Stone aswell, and I don't care if they were in Academy Award winning movies, becuase so was Ben Affleck and Jaime Foxx.

The chemistry between them was not cute it was cringyworthy fuckery that I could not even look at thier relationship and take it seriously.

My DC fanboy side came because of how much I just think Marvel's heroes are just LAME, most of them are lame characters and even with thier movies I still find them to be lame heroes with lame and derivitive powers. And also almost ALL of them are mutants.

They got all their powers because of being bitten by something or radiation or whatever. Its boring. I mean sometimes I wonder why isn't Spidrerman and Hulk is not enrolled in the X-men class.

And finally these movies are not total donkey dick becuase if you are a DC fan you know these characters have been through worse, you must know about the worse comic books ever written. And don't give me that arguement that Comics and Movies are not the samething? When the movies adapt comic books whole story arcs its pretty much fair to compare the 2.

Also, mutants are born with powers, they don't get them through accident. Spider-Man is not a mutant, Cyclops is. Hulk is not a mutant, Storm is.

I'm not gonna say it's not part of the argument, but I am solely talking about the movies so, yeah.
