Oh furburt I feel your pain, on MW2 me and two friends were constantly barated or kicked for being British in an American clan match. After around 3 games of being yelled at and insulted we changed out clan tags to:Furburt said:

This instantly caused a very violent reaction in the host who withdrew his team from the matches and left us with no one to play with. Seriously within a few seconds all you could here was "ARE YOU MAKING FUN OF ME?! IS THAT SUPPOSED TO BE FUNNY!?"

i join the server, spawn and go into the middle of the fighting, where i am immdeiatley bombarded by people crying "Hacker", "noob" and (i swear to god) "no-hat loser". i was immediatley kicked.
funny thing is, i saved that server to my favourites, quit TF2 and started up HLDJ, changed my name, joined that server, waited until the admin left, then spammed annoying music until he came back. i was banned immediatley and not a fuck was given by me that day.

I'm very rarely kicked for a valid reason: Most of the time it's just some admin who gets all pent up with his teenage, testosterone-addled angst and boots me for doing utterly nothing.
I was once booted from a position on a Gmod RP server (the Administrator position, if you're interested) because I "hadn't done anything" - when I was only the Administrator for 10 seconds. The guy then made his friend the administrator instantly afterwards. He may as well have just said "I'm a stupid, annoying moron who thinks that because I have been entrusted with power I should abuse it for personal gain and to help my friends achieve nothing whatsoever."

For refusing to kick a guy because he was doing badly in L4D. This guy was being a jackass and voted to kick him. So when I voted no he goes "Who didn't vote yes? It was DJ EHKOS, he's a fag, kick him." So then, the troll in me hatched a plan. You see he was with his friend. So I hastily voted to kick his friend before his friend voted to kick me. The guy didn't notice and vote kicked his own friend. I got kicked a few seconds later whilst laughing my ass off.
