Why does it seem that more and more cases of these have appeared since the Supreme Court hearing of Schwarzenegger V. EMA? We had few cases of this before, but now they seem to be appearing around once a week.

I think these people need to look up the definition of "pornography."
Also, it's Castro. It's not like he's a saint or anything. Also, he wasn't actually assassinated, so it's not THAT big of a deal. Controversial? Yes, it is, maybe it's borderline tasteless, but it's not like it's JFK.

There is no actual evidence that establishes a relationship of causality between violent video games and violent behaviour, only a relationship of correlation (and even that isn't as common as other more obvious signs such as "compulsive lying"; "social ineptitude"; "violent home environment between parents"; etc. that tend to have a more noticeable correlation with violent behaviour in children and teenagers).
