I think games should give you an incentive to have a mic. I think it would be cool to have like a little bit of a buff if you have a headset connected. Now, some people might just plug one in and not talk, but perhaps you also need to be near people with headsets for it to be active, or it's push to talk, and if you don't talk every once in a while, it doesn't count for you. As for Killzone 3, I'm excited for it. I personally liked the story modes of the first two, and I really liked the online of the second one, it almost had a team fortress/day of defeat class style that made it important to have a healthy mix of classes. I think they can really nail down that formula in the next game if they try to do that again.
