Gentlemen, he can rebuild it. He has the technology. He has the capability to make the world's next file hosting website. Megaupload will be that website. Better than it was before. Better...stronger...faster.

Turning the world upside down...I'm not sure I like the sound of that. A new megaupload sounds great though, but captchas will be harder to input whilst upside down.
