God damn it, Kinect will fail. Why? Because the Wii has been marketed better and for longer. Even people who have never played it associate it with fun. People will look at the Kinnect, look at the cheaper Wii everyone they know has, and that they've had fun playing, and buy that instead.
Move may do a little better, as it has actual games planned for it and most gamers don't seem to inherently hate it.
