thats really uncool. more people are native chinese speakers than english speakers. the fact that english is "world language" is because of political history.
also why would you ask them to learn your language then? not to say that anybody has to learn chinese, but that comment was just very ignorant.
English happens to be my 3rd language. And also happens to be the 2nd language for a lot of people. End of line.
Just because you're multilingual doesn't let you off the hook for insulting Chinese as a "bunch of random sounds," which is a rather racist comment.
Where did I say Chinese sounds like "a bunch of random sounds"? Please, do show me.
Since that might prove a challenge for ya, here ya go.

I'll do this in list form
1. Put it in english so it sounds better and not like a bunch of random sounds.
2. These guys should make an animated DOA, they have the jiggle physics.
3. the blonde ladies pants opening was a bit much for me to handle, I had a similar reaction to the guy in the video.
1. Learn chinese
2. Yes
3. No.
Aw fuck, got angry at the wrong person.
I apologize.
But still, why are you defending an ethnocentrist/xenophobic point of view?
Not defending, my problem was with the cop-out "Learn Language X". Let me explain, I watched a good portion of Japanese anime with the original language with subtitle, good times for obvious reason, the voice actors put their soul in bringing their characters to life. I could live off Listening to Mwu La Fraga and Ali Al Sanchez's seiyuu (I love both of them equally, no homo!). But over the years, I found that I need to multi-task in my daily life and activities, often watching anime on my TV while I am focused on writing or reading the newspaper. Since I don't understand Japanese, a dubbed version of the product is easier for me to enjoy.
Another issue is with reading versus watching, sure it might take a few seconds, but sometimes the fight scenes and crazy animation starting filling the screen with all manners of cool stuff, reading a line, and missing a few good looking frames, while trying to understand what's going on, can be painful, hence why I do enjoy Dub version rather than the subbed.
Learning a new language can be fun, but tedious. And since English is the most common language as a 2nd/3rd language, since you will definitely end up using it at the workplace or international workplace, I don't think that English being the language of "the dominating nations" has anything to do with preventing someone from learning it due to some inner pride. I come from a country that's trying to teach the national language in our school when we have been taught french/english since kindergarten. I personally think that's just stupid, since English is so damn useful later on in your professional and work life. That is all.
