Can't believe that I'm the first person to bring up TF2, but that game is awesome at LAN parties. There are few things better than being the one to cap the final point or flag, and having your teammates in the room with you, cheering. [sub]or your opponents in the same room, crying out in anguish[/sub]. Honorable mention goes to the L4D series, which I didn't have copies of at the last LAN party, but were pretty much the only games aside from TF2, Warcraft 3, and Starcraft 2 to get any play. I personally sat on my butt playing TF2 for close to 12 hours.
