League of Legends Latest Cinematic Is a Jinx Music Video

Clearly in the minority of those who actually enjoyed the Music Video/Character Introduction. Song was fairly catchy, the mix of 3D and 2D animation gave the whole thing this sweet mature/stylized Pixar aesthetic, and Jinx's character design nails being both sexy and less gratuitous than many of the other LoL Female Champions. On top of that, her personality (already heard her audio files) is pretty wicked. Between her looks and personality it's like Joker and Harley Quinn had a really hot daughter. Hat's off to Riot for taking the "WildStar" approach to bringing in their new characters and doing it with the same great visual quality and smart humor.

The only thing unique about him is his poison trail. It doesn't make for exciting gameplay I can tell you that much. It's unique for the sake of being unique.

Every champions is unique in their own regard. Why wouldn't you want champions that are "aggresive" in a game where the goal is to kill the opposing team and take over their base?

Because I prefer saving someone on my team over killing an enemy.
I'm the weirdo who prefers setting up kills over doing the killing and who keeps trying unusual strategies like tank zilean or trinity poke ad leblanc.
Basically I just wanna experiment and stuff like jinx with a very single minded "correct" role to be played in bore me to death.

Suppose I can see where you're coming from. I main support so I prefer to protect and use utility/CC but the majority of champs are going to be "aggresive" damage dealers. Just how it is

Also I like the character design for the tank girl nod pretty cool video/music, switching to comic book styled 2D art and 3d animation is pretty cool.

I don't play LoL, and from the video I wouldn't think it was for LoL. (Since I'm not familiar with the characters/lore) None the less I like the song and show that came with it. The words fit the character.

On a side note I will say I enjoyed the banter between the LoL players. I have no idea what the terms or references used mean. I'm kinda of envious of that level of passion for the game they love/like.

Riot again proves they can't make female characters that wear clothes.

um... Kayle? Diana? Annie (child but still)? Karma? Lux? Quinn? Vi? Sejuani (at least post-change)? Lulu? Poppy? Vayne? Leona? Fiora? Irelia? All of them are well dressed.

Hell even a lot of the other champions, Riven, Syndra, LeBlanc, Kat... Aren't even that badly covered.

Geez... The length people will go to hate on Riot...

It's not about hating on Riot, it's about bringing up sexism/misogyny when asked to comment on a glass of water (i.e. anything).

Actually there are a shortage of AD carries compared to the amount of bruisers, mages, junglers etc. I'm disappointed that she's an ADC myself but there is a shortage.

Like it matters, it's mostly ezreal anyway and jinx with no jump won't really do much to change that.

There's an ocean of adcs compared to things that don't go "boom boom damage" like singed, pre-ruination karma or ali.
They keep talking about how they are trying to innovate and push boundaries with each new champ but it ain't really happening an awful lot.

I don't get your gripe, what exactly do you want? The fact of the matter is there are not a lot of adc's and competitively it's even less as ezreal, caitlyn and vayne are about the only champions that are safe competitive picks.

You forgot Varus. He is popular as a competitive ADC. But yeah we need more competitive ADC's.

I don't play LoL, nor do I intend to, but this character does look fun. She kind of reminds me of Tiny Tina.

Yeah. I saw a comment about how league has great characters that are wasted on this "crappy" game. I don't agree about the game being bad, but I am increasingly wishing that they would license other games in the LOL universe. There's so much potential in the characters they make and the world they're building with the lore. It'd be great to see them get used elsewhere.

I love the game, but I really really wish that they didn't feel the need to make a champion release into a spectacle. They used to release champs every couple of weeks without having like... 3 teasers. The other thing is that while I understand Riot has a lot of coin to throw around, I feel like their are better uses than to pump out (now) multiple horrendously bad pop-punk ballads about their characters. That said, there's something rather amusing about watching: firstly, something so bad it becomes entertaining in the same way as a Bad Boys film. Like... someone actually thought this song was really cool. And secondly the degree to which young fans go absolutely nuts for the theme music.

What are they and why is she fighting them?
Why are they wasting so many resources on action porn instead of fleshing the universe out?

But thank god they introduced another ranged AD carry right after adding that other ranged AD carry.
There's a real shortage on aggressive champs like that after all!

Those robot things are probably automated security bots or something. Fitting for a tech city. So I think they are kinda fleshing out the universe.

Agree with the rest though, we have way too many carries/damagers.
