It doesn't matter how well you play her or how you build her. Compared to other supports she's just not that good competitively. She's nothing to Thresh/Janna/Zyra and Sona can perform her role x10 better.

Just saying, there's a reason she's not played on a competitive level. I'd love a rework of Soraka though

Jinx looks like she will be my new AD Carry main, i've gone off Ezreal and Miss Fortune gets destroyed in a second the moment she gets hit. The trick with MF is to get so fed that when the assassins jump you, you stand and 1v1 him no fucks given :3

Jinx looks like might be the right mix of damage and mobility/kite for me. I bet TriForce would be good on her becuase TriForce is the best right now on everyone ever.

Leona is good but she's pretty much only good for a kill lane. A support like Janna completely counters her though so that's probably why she's not played so much. Her burst is amazing though, pair her with graves and that lane is as good as dead.

I liked it. It's kind of weird because I felt pumped watching the video, but not because I actually want to play Jinx at all. I'm just kind of glad she's in the game. Weird.

I don't play LoL, nor do I intend to, but this character does look fun. She kind of reminds me of Tiny Tina.

Yeah. I saw a comment about how league has great characters that are wasted on this "crappy" game. I don't agree about the game being bad, but I am increasingly wishing that they would license other games in the LOL universe. There's so much potential in the characters they make and the world they're building with the lore. It'd be great to see them get used elsewhere.

Or heck maybe license a comic book deal with Dark Horse or something. This is the one game company I have seen that has been able to sustain itself on just a single game. If nothing else it shows that they know what they are doing. I love all the negative comments that Riot gets here or at least in this article. Its not like they are one of the most involved devs when it comes to their community. No they keep us at a poles length and don't give a shit about the LoL community. At least that's what I get from some people's reactions to this.

Who knows though maybe on the escapist the majority of users are anti Riot or something. Who knows what they are planning though? They could be making moves behind the scenes to get the lore going or hell they may be making more interesting cinematics. The fact that this and A Twist of Fate exist shows that they at least love this game and what they've made. Which is more then I can say about a lot of AAA devs these days.

It basically boils down to this: I wish riot stopped stroking their huge boner for "aggressive gameplay" and spent more time coming up with interesting, new mechanics that are not necessarily all about loldamage but that ain't gonna happen because now, even the "supports" are supposed to deal tons of damage while heals are slowly but surely getting patched out of the game.
The last thing I knew was they were eying soraka for a possible karma treatment.

You were obviously not around in the most boring meta ever just after Fnatic won the first season. Heal meta all the way. Basically to be a viable support you had to be able to heal and to be a viable top lane you had to have sustain up the arse.

It was incredibly boring playing bot lane because all you did was farm purely because any damage or harrass you did would instantly get healed off and now you had less mana and lost a bit of farm from it.
