I hope that in one of the later DLC stuffs they add a few more maps. I heard however they were going to release Mod tools to allow players to create content (I'm kinda worried about that one, mainly because I know there's going to be at least one map that has to do with a reproductive organ of some kind)
Of course they're planning to release DLC at some point...For the following reasons:
1. They're Valve

Yeah, there will be. But give it time, its only been out for 2 months, and they need to balance it with TF2 updates.
Personally I want to see more maps as well as Death Toll and Dead Air balanced for vs play (I think that is why you currently can't play them on VS mode as they are not balanced the way valve want them to be.)

New maps + new characters would be awesome. I'm good on weapons though, you have pistols rifles and machine guns and shotguns, what more do you need to kill zombies? A portal gun? Well yes but you won't get one. I don't see the need for new weapons but I do want more maps.
They've actually been giving different updates to the different systems. For the PC they're focusing on fixing bugs and glitches. On the XBOX, they're focusing on more content. They said they were going to be releasing an update for PC every week but that's obviously a load of crap. I assume at some point they're going to swap the updates over.
Chainsawing a tank would have a certain comedy about it when u realise you have only annoyed it and are now stood right next to it....

Adding new maps/enemies/weapons etc. would probably be the only way that Valve could justifiably continue work on l4d (let's face it, there's no real story or continuity so they couldn't really make a seuqel without it being like Resi Outbreak: file 2).
I personally would want to see a zoo or aquarium level with zombie animals (that would be cool).

Zombie animals would be really sweet. Anyone I've heard from one of my friends that the DLC is going to have improved versus, a new campaign, and two new special zombies. However that's just from one friend who heard it from another friend, so don't credit me as a reliable source.Iron Mal said:
