You do know the original game was called Half-Life: Counter Strike don't you?
Apart from that is hasn't got much of a story so it's hard to draw comparisons. But it is based on the same universe.

...The original MOD was named that. Because Counter Strike originally was a free, user made, mod for Half Life. It has nothing in common, they just used the same game engine. Nothing about the two being in the same universe makes the slightest bit of sense.

I'd like there to be an unlockable easter egg, in which, for accomplishing some really hard task (not sure what), you get the blue gravity gun. Mess about with zombies, crush them with flying cars etc. It would be colossal.

Throw the Tank's debris back at it, then throw the Tank at a Witch. Now that would be Awesome.

Then grief your team mates by throwing the witch at them...

If the zombies turned out to be some sort of hostile alien take over and gordon freeman showed up with a portal/gravity gun, I'd play it night and day.
