Anyone else still excited about this game? Im still smarting over the fact it wasnt in the Orange Box (it & Portal were the only things that paticularly interested me) & theres still months left to wait for it. But while this preview shows nothing new (& reads like the PC gamer preview that first got me hooked on the idea almost 10 months ago), knowing theres still a game out there has got me once again salavating at the thought of finally getting to munch on this zombie shooter. I just hope its as awsome as it still sounds, though seeing itl be released on Xbox & PC simultaniously puts me in a dillema over which one to buy :-/.

Am really interested in this game. The major problem with this kind of game is balancing issues. But having seen the brilliant job Valve have done with TF2, I am sure the game will not suffer from these problems.

Yeah me and 3 other people (including a girl so it won't be weird hearing a guys voice come from the girl characters voice chat) are really excited for this game, we're "zombie apocalypse" fanatics so, that's enough said .

Uh, it's a Valve game, if you have are able to get the PC version of a valve game, then you don't ask questions, you just do it. Sure maybe you may have a lot of friends getting the xbox version, but all you have to say is "your loss".

Sorry, I think I'll be getting the Xbox version because while my broadband connection is terrible, LAN connections are always good. My friends are getting it too.

looks good i will definitely get that one. However i will end up getting it on xbox as i only have a laptop and it struggles to play ten year old rts'. But i will hopefully be able to get a few people together for it.

Well if you can say Yawn to left 4 dead then, I'm checking out this zombie mod, I've seen too many that have been so glitchy and exploitable.

Just tried it, I wouldn't say "yawn" to L4D because of it, but it is still pretty awesome, it's free so I see no reason not to try it out, just google it. I'll spend more time with it tommorow to see if my opinion changes.
