Damn, this is a sad day (

If anyone missed it back in 2007, here's a link to download a documentary about him called Chasing Sound.

It's excellent. He shows you around his house, full of all of his memorabilia and creations. There's film from inside the club he regularly played in, freestyling with other musicians. And it also contains his complete life story from childhood to date.

It's a pretty captivating documentary, and a really personal look at one of the most important musical figures of all time, a true down-to-earth gent.

I didn't even know he was alive. Even though he is dead, he is one of those people who's work will be remembered for a long long time.

Damn, that sucks. Can't say I didn't expect this, he was 94 years old. You will be missed and remembered until the end of guitars (which probably won't come soon). R.I.P

This is not a tragedy, God just needed his guitarist back. Though it be unsure, one must cast off into the void to ascend to Rock Godhood.

I may not be a guitar player, but I can recognize when a legend dies.

Rest well, Les Paul. May you always be remembered.
