Never give up, theres always a way out of your hole. (Thank you portal)

When you don't think you can kill that big thug... kill off a few lesser people/animals until you level up. Then make the guy your b*tch.

Yes... I play mostly RPGs.... >_>

Slapping wood will make it fall to pieces (L4D).

Interestingly, I saw a similiar looking piece of wood near my school and my first instinct was to punch it, I hurt my hand by trying.

Damn you L4D physics!

Morality is BS. You have to either be the spawn of Satan or the second coming of Jesus. Going for the middle ground usually means you get thrown into one of the extreme categories. No bonuses for taking the middle ground.

Unless victory is won by demonstrating your power, it is temporary at best.

That's Sith 'wisdom' for you.

Yet it was all I could think of when I read through the "was it right to drop the bombs on Japan"-thread earlier. I'm a horrible person. Or I might've just been playing too much KOTOR lately. Possibly both. *shrugs*

Learned from Red Faction Guerilla yesterday:

If you blow up a government building, don't even think about waiting and standing your ground.

Despite being in games, people are still as thick as a cement slab. :D
Damn straight, and they still do the dumbest things you can think of!. So the lesson is don't trust people until they prove themselves.

Do you want a silly answer or a stright answer?:
Well, if Zelda:OoT is to be blieved you can survive even the highest of jumps off a cliff is you ROLL when you hit the ground.

But seriously, video games have taught me that video games are actually art (thank you FFX and you're beautiful cut scenes and music score).
Also, that persistance is a good thing (thank you Lemmings and mostly any other game where I've been stuck on a level for weeks).

Through playing games I now have a appreciation of the outdoors. No matter how realistic games get, just going for a walk outside is better.
Bored playing a game, dont replace it with another...go outside :D!

-if something is not nailed down, it is meant to be taken
-driving on the wrong side of the road makes you go faster
-it is better to have a team of pre-madonna slackers then no team at all
-exploit you enemies weakness for massive damage

i think they are good lessons

From Fallout 3 I found: A nuke to the face will solve most problems.

Not very practical, but effective.

The best way to survive a zombie apocalypse is take on the full brunt of the invasion with just a pistol - Left 4 Dead.
