OT: What stupid *****...you aren't famous anymore lady, you haven't made a proper movie in umteen years and your music is crap and Lindsay is a very common name. If you think people are making fun of you just because your name is mentioned are you going to sue the Nostalgia Chick next?

Celebrities are like trolls. They want you to pay attention to them. Stop paying attention, and they search for more ridiculous ways to get you to pay attention to them. The differnce is that "news" and other media make big money feeding the trolls.

Anyway, yeah this lawsuit is totally insane, and so is Lohan if she considers herself on par with Madonna and Oprah in single name recognition. Heck, I'm sure there are a lot of people these days who wouldn't even know her if her full name was used.

She's effed up enough to think that. Of course, if that's the case, I'd be surprised that she never bothered to sue Deal or No Deal -- the U.S. prime time version of that show had a total of 3 models named Lindsay throughout its 4-season run (a case 4 Lindsay for the first 2 seasons, a case 25 Lindsay for season 4, and a case 26 Lindsay for all 4 seasons).
