UPdates! (for whoever needs it)
it's the same image as some facebooker posted.
Just so you know, I'm stealing that GIF. Erm...if that's okay with you, I mean.

So yeah... LRR, if I didn't like you before (and I did, very much so in fact), I don't like you any less now.

Your stuff always makes me smile, or laugh.

<..>

Also... [sub]yay![/sub]

Off topic....

I like watching these because they make me feel normal.
The "Pony Thread Simulator" videos are fake, just so you guys know. Everyone who did those posts knew that they were getting screen capped.
I sure hope so. Otherwise, I don't know.

Poor Jeremy, Ulysses is a painful experience to read.

At least now he has the wonderful joy of my little pony to comfort him on those long long stream of conciousness nights...

Wow. Two days in and it's already got more comments than most of the most popular ones in previous months... I'd say this was a success at attracting moar fans. Nicely done, LRR.
Yeah the video was very meta. Graham said something about "ponies striking a chord with their fanbase" and that they would have to do something. And what they did was make a cH video about them taking an interest in the thing their fans like. Like I said ... very meta.

Now here is the real question: Is the fact that the pony lines sound so scripted a subtle message that they are just going through the motions (as verified by Matt in this thread), or is it just because there isn't genuine interest there?

If any of you ever had any interest in any of that then you should watch WAKFU youtube it find it download it buy it whatever. it is the best animated series ever slightly kiddy but far more baddass and genuinely likeable. seriously watch

Lower your shields and surrender. We shall add your biological, technological and metamagical distinctiveness to our own.

The line "We're looking at porn! Dirty, filthy porn!" "What, again!?" bears the question....
What other shows do you not want Matt to know you love?
I don't think it's that deep. I just think they watch porn a lot. And, to be fair, if I had to choose between admitting watching My Little Pony and porn, I'd probably go for porn as well.

At 4:20, Daily Drop labcoat!

Well, a vomiting dragon would be pretty funny, except that the dragon shouldn't be that little purple figurine. In fact, it shouldn't even be purple, because that's another MLP:FIM reference (and also reminiscent of Barney, the dinosaur).

Although watching my 5 year old niece frolic in the grass or something is cute and amusing, and I can imagine MLP evokes the same sort of moe-like feeling, I have a sinking suspicion that too many so-called bronies have a repressed lolicon zoophilia fetish.

Take, for example, this video, and some of the related videos: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kjp9q6v9h78

I'm just sayin.

(Although perhaps it's just Rule 34 in action. Or Rule 43).
