I cant find anything interesting from it. Just comic book gore and pointless lines.

Why does it have a warning of graphic violence when there is a man's head exploding on the cover?

Advertising.

Putting on a disclaimer/warning makes the content seem more out-there and risqué.

This is a pretty common technique for trying to attract teenage males to a schlocky product. Oftentimes it overstates what's actually inside. Second-rate comics and RPG books do it a lot. Video games in the early 90s were often marketed this way as well.
