Battlefront 3 seems the most likely but Im kind of hoping for a new game surrounding the new Jedi order. You know that time period after Vader kills the emperor and th rebels blow up the second death star which no one touches? Yeah that one, I would really like to experience what its like to be a jedi after Return of the jedi
Add KOTOR 3, and I'll second that. Those are the only two games Lucasarts could make that I would possibly give a damn about, and both would be too little, too late.Squidbulb said:

Anyway, I'm doubtful about it being all that "big" if it's a new IP. Fans want more of the games that were actually good, not another way to scrape the barrel.

It's hilarious to me that there are so many people hoping against hope that Lucasarts is actually going to revive one of their better franchises.
After seeing what they've done in the past five years, do you actually want them to try doing a KotOR 3 or Battlefront 3 or Republic Commando 2? Because I seriously doubt it would turn out to be anything good, and it would probably have terribly shoehorned in Kinect-support that's required but horribly programmed.

Jedi Academy and the superb Jedi Outcast are good game concerning the very thing you wantWindcaler said:

and i have to say Jedi Outcast is probably the best Jedi simulator i guess, no game has ever made me feel more like a jedi than that
Wasn't battlefront 3 the title that had an article a while back, about how Lucasarts (if it was them) switched the management team, that did everything they could to destroy the project until funds ran out?

OT: I don't think it's going to be a big announcement. They just want hype. It's going to be massively disappointing.

I dunno...the Wii-U tablet looks like it could work as a more traditional controller...if that controller had an iPad spliced with it...it could make for a cool map/menu screen for Republic Commando and maybe even be used as an image filter for thermal/night vision. Of course it could be another Star Wars dance game for the Wii and/or UDeviluk said:

Definitely not getting my hopes up too much. Even if it is one of the IPs everyone has been wishing for (Republic Commando or Battlefront or whatever), I've kinda gotten the idea that LucasArts just can't make proper games anymore, meaning that the new addition to whichever already standing franchise will probably be crap.
