At least Luke wasn't as much of a ***** as Anakin was.

Not at all. Luke was awesome. As was Yoda, Vader, and Fett. Or maybe I just have a thing for Star Wars.
Well, acting in the original trilogy is nothing to write home about. Or maybe it is because it is kinda awful to a certain degree. But at least the story is good, the characters are well developed and you know what is going on and it makes sense. But also if we compare Mark Hamill's performance to that ***** Hayden Somethingsen, Mark Hamill did a better job. That Anakin guy can't act for shit.
I really don't think his acting was very top notch but his character was at least more interesting and relatable. Which is why I blame the writing and stuff for why Anakin was so painful to watch. Except episode 1. That was failtastic acting by the kid Anakin AND boringness.

I think this a suitable, quite literal, description of any Luke v Anakin fight.
By this I mean Luke is awesome, and Anakin is going to cry about it and lose a hand. Again.
Plus that lightsabre fight always gives me the shivers, because it's so intense! The ominous music, the emotion...

They were both good performances.....geez guys. And i feel bad that the guy who played Anikin only got in two other movie roles....but hey hes happy.
eh Luke was annoying, and they were saying that "HE'S AN AMAZING JEDI WITH UNSTOPPABLE FORCE POWERS." but he was also kinda a ***** EDIT: forgot to add, it was probably because of the age. Although, acting wise i did like his performance better than hade...anakin

It's a total matter of opinion and sometimes people like to say stuff like that to stir shit. Maybe he did perform better than Mark Hamill. But Mark Hamill is the Mother-fucking Joker.

I thought...both of them were the weak links in both trilogy's casts. That being said, Mark Hamill WAS still a much better actor than Hayden could ever be. Especially around Return of the Jedi. I think Mark was finally getting good there.........and then his career pooed.
