Oh absolutely!! Because everybody knows that Every Single Government employee on the face of the Earth is a perfect example of a Godly Human Being! They did something stupid, and got called on it, big fucking deal. I can guarantee that you've done at least ONE misdeed in your life.

Tax dollars pay their salaries as well, however, once the money is in THEIR hands, it belongs to them, not you.

Also, who says they've been using their WORKstations? An e-mail address isn't invalid out of a certain building, so maybe they're at home, using their OWN computers, in their OWN personal lives, that NOBODY SHOULD GIVE A SHIT ABOUT.
