Indeed it was working for a bit without a problem then started lagging again I doubt anyone's connection is the issue minecraft is just acting like a beta should at the moment.

Well, you guys can check out mine, too :D

IP is "linusminecraft.dyndns.org"
Though it might be a bit difficult because of the time shift to Germany and stuff, just pop in :)
