Mall Fight RP: (CLOSED) (FINISHED)

[Knife-28]

As the lift comes back up, sans ATV, I see Miniman's awake. "Oh, hey." I say, stepping of the lift, "If you wanna help, you can move some of these crates onto the lift here."

 

[MinimanZombie]

I yawn and agree to move the crates over. I pick up one particularly heavy crate and move it over. "Jesus. What's in these?"

 

[Knife-28]

"Oh, you know lights, motion trackers, the usual stuff you need when going after eldrich adbominations." I say, lowering a platform full of crates into the hole.

 

[Paddy the Second]

"Shit bastard twat cock balls." I wake up and remember where I am. I swear some more. I go to various bookstores and retrieve works by Lovecraft and texts on the occult "Fight fire with fire. Ok, when are we setting off?"

 

[Saltarius]

"Tox is the one who knows the most, but we might get a little spelunking in before he wakes up."

 

[Knife-28]

"Sounds like a plan." I say, passing out motion trackers and torches, and well as spare batterys for both.

 

[Saltarius]

"Alons-y, then." I say, stepping onto the lift, surprisngly holdign the auit's weight well. I descend into the abyss, Eric's frozen torso firmly attached to my back.

 

[Knife-28]

As the lift descends, I see the lights I set up earlier still going strong, the immediate area around the lift bathed in light.

 

[Saltarius]

Turned on the suit's newly-installed motion trackers, the only things that show up red is Knife. Yet a lumplike shape has shown up none more than ten feet away from the lights, barely out of sight. It showed up in yellow, the color used for dead objects. I turned on the suits flashlight and made my way over, and nearly shit my pants when I saw it.

Bodies. Of all of us.

 

[Knife-28]

"Oh, one more thing!" I say, going over to one or the nearby crates, opening it, and producing an armful of flares, "We'll use these to stop us getting lost, kay."
I then see the body's, "Ok, we're not going that way." I say, taking one of the flares, activating it, and throwing it into the darkness....where it promptly disappears. Perplexed, I turn on my torch and draw my weapon, walking toward where I threw the flare. So engrossed in looking for a target, I totally miss the ledge and plunge off into the darkness, eventually landing with a dull splash.

OOC: Ok, that's me for the night. See you gents in the morning.

 

[Saltarius]

"Hey Tox, you might want to see this." I toss him a spare flashlight and invite him to come over.

"I think I just found where our bodies go after we respawn."

 

[MinimanZombie]

"Holy fuck. Well that answers one question. Kind of."

 

[Saltarius]

I inspect the bodies, finding amounts equal to how many times we have died. "They must kinda...fade out and come here after they're left for a while." I proceed to take a skull from each pile, weld it onto my suit's chestplate and carve a small name above it.

"Gotta keep the G-Van's spirit going."

 

[MinimanZombie]

"Suppose so- Wait how the fuck are you carrying this all? I mean, it must be heavy as fuck. Uh-Never mind. So, we going this way?" I point down the direction in which we found the bodies.

 

[Saltarius]

"As long as they don't reanimate and eat us, it's probably the way to go. And the suit has power-extender...things. It's science man you can't explain this shit."

I activate my Blade's opening mechanism, causing it to replace my suit's right hand with the Blade of Saltarius in all it's poisonous, electrfied glory.

"Let's go investigate some shit."

 

[MinimanZombie]

I look behind us. "Uh, guys? Where'd the lift go? And the hole?"

 

[Saltarius]

"Not only does this mall loop. It fucking regenerates by itself. I'd swear that this mall...is...alive..."

I trail off, my voice suddenly becoming much lighter as fright starts to overwhelm me. I electrify my suit, illuminated the area further as I start swinging at nothing. "Who the hell is there!?"

 

[MinimanZombie]

I walk into the darkness, where I slip off something. I'm left clinging at the edge of a hole. "Bollocks! Help! Please!"

 

[Saltarius]

The suit clanks and cinks as I rush over to lift Zombie back up, but the ledge collapses under the weight of the 300-pound plus suit. I grab Zombie's hand and activate the boosters, lifting him into the air. I activate the flashlight, seeing little in the black abyss below.

"Think it could lead to another sub-basement?"

 

[MinimanZombie]

"Maybe." I walk away from the hole, and calm myself. I look back and notice a lack of a hole. "Where the fuck did the hole go?!"
