I don't understand why everyone assumes that was making fun of Microsoft. On a spaceship, a window is LITERALLY a structural weakness. If the hull is made of metal that resists enemy fire, but there are huge windows on the sides, the enemy will just shoot the damn windows.

I know they're not making fun of Microsoft. And windows are strucural weaknesses.
I just like that line, that's all.
