Shoot at the nodes from a distance so the creepers don't mob you, and don't be afraid to fall back a bit if it gets too hairy, as the only enemy you'll face who can shoot back is the asari lady. That's all I can really say, but as a recommendation take the middle option for the first dialog circle you get when you see the Thorian, as it is the funniest of them all.cernik said:Ok, so while everyone else here is playing mass effect 2, I finally got a copy of mass effect 1, I'm at the part with the Mind control plant, but to the point, can anyone give me any tips? anything I need to know?
Bring a biotic, and move slowly. Every time you see an Asari clone, lift her up in the air or do some kind of neural shock. Concentrate on them, the AI will handle the zombies just fine, unless you rush forward.cernik said:I just mean like,

I'd recommend Tali and Liara, if you don't have biotics of your own. Also, hammerhead rounds on a shotgun is quite effective.cernik said:I just mean like,

I did that too on my first playthrough! But I just ignored most of the infected colonists and just ran to Zhu's Hope.Daveman said:oh yeah, I did that too, there are a lot of husks... also, you only get a certain number of neurotoxin-thingy grenades and I didn't realise that the husks were not people so I ended up wasting them and having to kill every person, which sucked because I was trying for paragon.
So yeah, don't do that I guess.
