I'll probably get this as it'd be good to refresh my memory a bit on whats going on before 3 comes out. Is any of the other DLC worth buying? I know Shadowbroker is well thought of, but are Overlord and Kasumi worth the money?

I saw that picture and went, "Is that...Hackett?" Glad I was right. I've been wanting to see this man. So excited about this. Sadly, I have to buy it twice. Once for the PS3, and once for the 360. But it's worth it. Hizzah!
Heehee, same here, totally worth it. I figure Bioware deserves it.

Gosh, I wonder what Hackett thinks of Shepard betraying the Alliance...

Also, I always thought I was weird for feeling camaraderie towards Hackett. It seems I'm not the only one, though.
He's a decent person in a galaxy of bureaucratic assholes. I feel the same.

They're both quite good, but if you have to pick one, take Kasumi. Neither pack has much relevance to the rest of the story, but Kasumi gives you a fun mission that let's you pretend you're James Bond.

Overlord is good, scary and disturbing. It's unlike the rest of Mass Effect 2. If you like killing geth and being creeped out, get Overlord.

The Kasumi DLC is also good, but a lot shorter. The story is rather light-hearted and Kasumi is a fun character, though she doesn't do much outside of the mission. She's a useful character in combat, with an good backstab skill. Oh, and you get formalwear to wear on the mission and back on Normandy. You might as well get it.

$7 is 1/10th the price I paid for the Collector's Edition, but I have the feeling this will not have 1/10th the content. While I don't mind DLC (except for what's on disc or day/week 1 DLC), I can't defend their pricing. This sort of thing feels more like wallet pecking than valuable added content.
7 bucks is also about what i pay McDonalds for lunch. (I'm a big boy.) I'd gladly skip a lunch for some good DLC to mass effect 2. I guess it's all in how you look at it. I'm really looking forward to this. Just wish they didn't release stuff on Tuesdays... my tuesdays are always packed and i rarely have any time to game... (It's my busy day of the week...) I'll get a taste of it before bed i guess then get to play wensday after work.. bah

Lair of the Shadowbroker is a rare example of how to do DLC. Most others really aren't worth paying for, but this one is. Kasumi's DLC was decent too.

Hells yes it is!

Anywho, when I saw this announced on my Twitter feed and saw the new screenshots, my pants went and exploded.

As soon as I saw the picture, I kept thinking "Could... could it really be... It is! It's Admiral Hackett!" Happy day. :D

But it makes me sad that we still haven't done anything to Cerberus for killing Kahoku, though. Like a nice sock to the jaw with the line "And this is for Kahoku, you son of a *****."
